Slight imperfections in the crystals are normal due to the natural properties of the stone. OmYONI® products should only be used internally at the customers discretion. If our product arrives and you feel it is not safe for internal use, please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date so that we can resolve your concerns. In the unlikely event that your OmYONI® product is damaged on its love journey to you and it arrives defective in anyway, we will happily provide an exact exchange within one calendar month of your delivery date. Please be aware that pre-authorisation is required for all returns and exchanges. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for how to return your OmYONI®.
Due to the nature of our product range, we only exchange defective OmYONI® products and do not accept returns or exchanges as we cannot resell them due to Health & Safety. All sales are final once they have been shipped.
